About Rock Ferry
On the site of a former secondary school, Torus is developing this housing scheme which includes an extra care facility within the development of mixed tenure housing and the renovation of the Grade II listed building, Ravenswood House. The ambition is to create a safe, secure and homely community.
The incorporation of local facilities and amenities will facilitate the mixed, intergenerational community, providing the opportunities for interaction between the extra care residents, families living in the houses, younger people living in the apartments and the surrounding community. The residents at the extra care facility will be encouraged to lead independent lives.
This project will be transformative for Rock Ferry and Wirral, and showcases our commitment to ambitious developments that offer high quality, affordable housing options exactly where they’re needed.
