It's Gold from IIP

As we step into 2025, we bring a very special accolade with us.

Following our Investors in People (IIP) assessment at the end of last year, we are very proud to announce the practice has achieved Gold Standard Status.

Pozzoni achieved its first IIP accreditation in 1997, notably the first architectural practice to do so. Achieving this gold level, with only 17% of IIP accredited organisations achieving this standard, has reinforced our status as a leader in creating a positive and dynamic working environment for our people.

The assessment process, which included staff surveys and one-to-one interviews with our IIP assessor, identified our supportive culture and nurturing ethos around learning and development which is embedded via the Pozzoni Academy. Of particular note, is our positive leadership style, with people valuing the freedom and trust given during the design development stages rather than adhering to a predetermined 'house-style' of architecture.

Setting our sights on initiatives throughout 2025, there will be an emphasis on streamlining the PDR process, launching a suite of policies and awareness training around family and women's health, and supporting technical members of staff with their CIAT professional accreditations.

IIP has accredited more than 50,000 organisations worldwide and the 'Invest in People' accreditation is recognised in 66 countries around the world, making it the global benchmark when it comes to people management. The accreditation is granted to organisations that demonstrate a clear commitment to the people who make up an organisation.
