New retirement apartments in Glossop complete

Calico Court, a new retirement living development, made up of 36 apartments, in the heart of Glossop is now complete.

Each of the privately owned 17 one bedroom and 19 two bedroom apartments, designed exclusively for those aged 60 and over, have their own spacious living rooms, fitted kitchens and bathrooms to allow homeowners to live independently. Homeowners also have access to a communal lounge with an external terrace, a separate roof terrace, an office, a scooter store and a guest suite for friends and family to stay overnight.

The apartments, which are owned and managed by the UK’s leading retirement housebuilder McCarthy and Stone, have been designed to make the most of Calico Court’s unique location alongside Glossop Brook.
