RICS Awards Success for Belong Newcastle-under-Lyme

The Living team is celebrating following the RICS West Midlands Awards that took place last week. One of their recent projects, Belong’s Newcastle-under-Lyme care village, proved popular with the judging panel and came away from the event with one award win and a further nomination.

RICS judges believed that the scheme, delivered for belong by Pozzoni alongside Prime, “has taken a great opportunity to develop a historic site within the town to provide a care village that actively encourages the use of the facilities to the wider public.” This integration of the scheme is not only great for the wider community but ensures that the residents still feel part of this community.
