Pozzoni takes spots on three major frameworks which secures the pipeline of housing and public sector opportunities for the next four years.
JV North Consultants Framework
With a consortia of 13 housing associations and local authorities from across the North West, JV North is one of the biggest developers of new social homes in the UK.
Badged the ‘Building Back Fairer’ framework, Pozzoni has been selected on the Architectural Services Lots to assist in delivering 4,000 homes between 2021 and 2025.
JV North Chairman and Chief Executive at Weaver Vale Housing Trust, Wayne Gales, said: “Our new framework focuses on not only addressing the housing crisis but working together with contractors and consultants to create efficient and high quality homes that contribute positively to the communities in which they are situated.
“The Building Back Fairer principle underpinning this framework will see the companies appointed working with our members to also provide clear social value outcomes, addressing key issues such as inequality, poor health, unemployment and apprenticeships.”
Fusion21 Consultants Framework
Securing places on both the Architect and BIM Lots, this four-year framework with a combined worth of £120 million covers public sector estates right across the UK. This is the fifth-generation framework for Fusion21 with BIM being a new Lot offered to members for the first time.
Peter Francis, Director of Operations at Fusion21 said: “We are delighted to have strengthened our popular Consultants offer, having listened to feedback from our members and the wider market.”
Torus Consultants Framework
Housing developer Torus has appointed new members to its four-year consultancy framework with Pozzoni being selected as one of seven successfully onboard the Architectural Services Lot.
With ambitions to deliver 9,000 homes by 2029 across Liverpool City Region, Cheshire and Lancashire, Torus is not only supporting the building of new homes but is committed to working with consultant partners on sustainable social value to create strong communities and long-term investment.
Discussing Torus Developments latest framework, Group Head of Development, Anna James, said: “In order to meet – and potentially exceed – our goal of building 9,000 homes across the Northwest, it’s imperative we have a variety of Consultants to assist with our diverse programme which includes Extra Care schemes, Listed Buildings and High-Rise apartments.
“With our development programme continuously growing and covering new areas, it is important that wherever we build, we work with partners that share our values and are dedicated to making a positive change to the neighbourhoods we regenerate and support the people who choose to live there to thrive.”
