Founded in 1983, our practice has pioneered new approaches, developed industry-leading specialities and built a positive company culture that is not only good for our employees, but for our clients too. Our history has shaped the practice and continues to inform its direction.

Our identity is one of socially responsible design – design that considers our role and responsibilities in society as the designer and how our approach matters. For us, this also means the positive, collaborative, inclusive way in which we work – both internally and with our clients.
