Citygate – Projects

The ambition to remodel this six-storey office building, located in the heart of Manchester city centre, was to develop a contemporary new look for the building and vacated office space. Our response has seen the building stripped back to a shell internally, new curtain walling added to the existing atrium and new, high-quality materials used to create a striking new façade.

Internally, the main core facilities were improved and extended to maximise the building’s potential occupancy. The existing lobby, previously dark and cramped, has been extended to create a double-height, double-width space flooded with light. A palette of simple, quality materials completes the vastly improved space.

Outside, the new façade has improved the appearance of the building, making a positive contribution to the immediate area.
