A masterplan for a modular housing scheme on the Isle of Wight, incorporating a 153 unit scheme featuring a mixture of two, three and four-bed prefabricated modular houses.

The initial design has successful co-ordinated modular house type Revit CAD models, with our Revit CAD design work. This facilitated a focus by ourselves on the masterplanning and site co-ordination aspects of the design as many technical details were already resolved by the modular Revit CAD model.

A key consideration in the off-site manufacture process was transport to site via the Isle-of-Wight ferry.
