Lancaster Club – Projects

When Oldham Council relocated the sports pitches and facilities from the Lancaster Club site, the opportunity arose to create a new residential development with small scale commercial uses, a commercial football centre and relocated allotments.

The scheme’s vision delivers a high-quality, family-orientated housing-led, mixed-use scheme that carefully responds to its context, landscape, linkages and views. The masterplan was the result of thorough analysis and well-informed public and stakeholder consultation.

A total of 150 high-quality homes have been built, enhancing the area and reflecting the local character.
