Oldham College Masterplan – Projects

We were appointed to undertake the initial masterplan for Oldham College and review the current estate for reconfiguration to improve efficiencies and meet current and future curriculum and organisational needs.

Development of existing amenities and facilities, replacement of redundant/end of life buildings, plus accessibility and circulation improvements for both students and the wider community were all part of the masterplan proposal.

This appointment followed on from our previous commission which was to assist with an FECET application for a new general teaching and lecture facility at the College.
