Places for People Office Fit-Out – Projects

A roll out of office refurbishments for Places for People (PfP) offices across the country. We were commissioned to develop a design guide for PfP which set out the design approach to adopted across the office portfolio. We have currently completed schemes in London, Bristol, Preston and Leeds.

The refurbishment of existing offices is focused on creating spaces that respond to new working patterns.

Key features include:

• Flexible office space to accommodate three different working styles: workplace, agile and hybrid.
• Conference and event space to hold training days, seminars, etc.
• Wellbeing facilities, including a gym, break-out rooms and a self-service café.
• Senior management offices.

Services provided include Cat B and C architectural and interior design services.
