Spinnaker House – Projects

On the site of a former secondary school, Torus has developed this housing scheme which includes an extra care facility within the development of mixed tenure housing and the renovation of the Grade II Listed building, Ravenswood House. We acted as concept designer, with the objective to create a safe, secure and homely community.

The incorporation of local facilities and amenities have facilitated the mixed, intergenerational community by providing the opportunities for interaction between the extra care residents, families living in the houses, younger people living in the apartments and the surrounding community.
