Stonebridge Park – Projects

This project formed the first phase of the Stonebridge Park industrial development. As part of its outline planning consent, a comprehensive masterplan and design guide had been produced, defining a clear idea of how the new buildings were to look.

A series of articulated and modelled elevations that respond to the landscaped setting were created, providing a positive addition to the location. Careful consideration was given to materials and façade detailing, which has set the benchmark for any future development.

Phase one of the project was nominated for the Estates Gazette Green awards for Best Industrial Project of the Year.
