Summers Quay – Projects

This build-to-rent development for young professionals and key workers is the first of its type in Stalybridge.

As part of the Mayor of Greater Manchester’s Town Centre Challenge the scheme is integral to the renewal and revitalisation of the town centre with a prime location alongside a canal basin and fronting a public open space, Armentiers Square.

A generous entrance foyer provides a multi-use space for both resident and community events which, alongside several retail units, creates an active street frontage.

Many of the apartments were pre-let, with the scheme fully occupied within several weeks of opening.
