The Mailbox – Projects

The Mailbox is an exciting regeneration of the former Royal Mail sorting office which sits on Station Approach in Stockport. The building was vacant from 2010 when the sorting office on site closed.

Acting as concept architect, the team created 117 stunning serviced apartments and 12,500 sq ft of commercial office space for businesses of all sizes. This award winning regeneration project features a wonderful open atrium at the heart of the development, an 18m-high living wall that covers part of all four elevations and an incredible roof terrace where residents can enjoy stunning views.

There are 80 spacious one-bedroom and 36 large two-bedroom and 1 three-bedroom serviced apartments available to rent.
