Upper Brook Street – Projects

The location of this site required a striking architectural design to provide both a visual impact and an economic contribution to the wider Oxford Road Corridor regeneration area.

The hotel entrance, ground floor restaurant and reception all provide a lively interface with the street, while also forming a podium over which the building cascades from six storeys at the street front to three storeys at the rear.

A combination of high-quality materials, colours and textures compliment the contemporary architectural treatment of the new hospital buildings and create an exciting and attractive visual addition to the immediate area.

The hotel is currently occupied by Travelodge and a combination of location and design impact ensures its popularity.
